I am Hope Watwood, your GBAA President. My career in property management began with Colonial Properties Trust in 1997 as a leasing agent. I currently serve Arbour Valley Management as a Regional Vice President for Alabama Market. I consider it a great honor to represent you and lead this association through another year.

Tammy M. Wyble, president of Arlington Properties’ Property Management Division, has more than 25  years of experience working in property management that translates into comprehensive and customized management experience bringing a property’s vision to life.

Stonemark

Ms. Ford is a veteran of residential property management with over 18 years of experience. She has held a number of positions in all aspects of the business. She received her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification in 2006.  Ms. Ford has been involved with the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association since 2003. She has served in many roles within the GBAA, and currently is serving as the Vice President. Also, Ms. Ford was awarded Volunteer of the Year with the GBAA in 2016.

Kristi Schwartz is currently an Area Manager at Arlington Properties, Inc.

Retreat at Mountainbrook

Lauren is from Birmingham and has over 10 years experience in multi-family. She is currently the Community Manager at Retreat at Mountain Brook, which is managed by Arlington. She has served on the board for 6 years.

MAA

Charles Llewellyn is a Regional Vice President at MAA where he supports operations for 3265 Multifamily Units in 4 major Alabama Markets. There he leads teams to provide high levels of customer service, asset management, and asset performance.
