About the Instructor: Nichole Curl Nichole Curl is a Director of Construction and Facilities Maintenance. She has been responsible for managing daily operations and construction deadlines, directing subcontractors, and coordinating renovation projects in addition to providing financial oversight for renovation budgets for projects in Texas. Nichole has 25 years of property management, financial management, maintenance, and construction experience. Her experience includes capital improvements, value add projects, asset preservation, due diligence, disposition, large scale maintenance, operational functions and insurance claims for portfolios across Texas, Missouri, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Chicago and in her home town of Washington, DC.
